Cashless care in four simple steps

If you are covered through our insurance partner, covered services need no upfront payment.

  1. 1. Bring your card

Present your valid insurance card and a photo ID at reception. We verify your membership on the spot.

  2. 2. We check your cover

Reception confirms which services your scheme covers and whether a pre-authorization is needed.

  3. 3. You are treated

See the doctor, do your tests, collect your medicine. No upfront payment for covered services.

  4. 4. We bill your insurer

Medlink submits the claim directly. You only settle co-payments or items outside your cover.

Guarantee letters

A guarantee letter (GL) is your insurer's written promise to pay for a named treatment. Present the original, a printout or the email on your phone at reception before your consultation. We scan it, attach it to your file and bill against it.

For corporate HR managers

To add Medlink as an approved provider for your staff scheme, email your insurer's provider-onboarding team and copy us at medlinkclinic@gmail.com. We supply our licence, tariff schedule and service list within two working days, and can host an onboarding visit for your team.
